The Indiana Guard Reserve (IGR) Emergency Declaration Badge was developed for IGR soldiers who perform approved missions during a Gubernatorial or Presidential Declaration of Emergency within the State of Indiana.
The Subdued EDB is intended for wear on the Army Combat Uniform according to DPAM 670-1 Chapter 22 Section d.
