Shipping policy
Speed of shipping depends on the option you select for shipping during checkout. Estimated shipping times are provided by carriers and do not constitute a guarantee of service. Shipping speed refers only to the time the order is in transit by the carrier to and does not include time required by SD Supply to fulfill the order.
Our goal is to fulfill all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed (weekends not included). Custom order items like name tapes and ID tags require 5-7 business days to ship. Name tapes and custom items cannot be expedited.
SD Supply works with 3rd-Party fulfillment centers to produce custom logo items on-demand. We do not control their production process. Some items may take 5-14 days to ship. These fulfillment centers ship directly to the customer and we have no input to their process.
Products not in stock may take 2-3 weeks for fulfillment. We are constantly working to improve our inventory to allow us to ship same or next day, but cannot guarantee inventory levels for any products.
Back-ordered items from our suppliers are out of our control. We will update you as soon as we are able to provide an estimate for delivery. Items back-ordered
