How long will it take for me to get my order?

We try our best to get all orders out within 24 hours of the order being placed. Custom order items like name tapes and ID tags usually take 5-7 business days to ship.

We are constantly working to improve our inventory to allow us to ship same or next day.

Back-ordered items from our suppliers are out of our control. We will update you as soon as we are able to provide an estimate for delivery.

What if something doesn't fit right?

Please click here for our complete Return PolicyAs soon as you receive your uniform items, try them on. If something doesn't fit correctly, we will do everything we can to get you the right sizes. Return shipping on exchanges is our expense, exceptions apply.

What is your return and exchange policy?

What if I need to return my order for a full or partial refund?

Please click here for our complete Return PolicyIf you have decided that you would like a refund on part of an order or entire order, we will need to receive all items before processing the refund. The cost of all shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

How long will it take to get my refund?

The time for for a refund to return to your bank is usually 5-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once we have submitted the refund.

What if I can't find an item that I need on your website?

We welcome all suggestions and recommendations for new products that we don't carry. If you are looking for something particular and we don't carry it, please let us know. We can either special order it for you, or refer you to a vendor that does carry it. In either case, we will review the product and may decide to add it to our product line.

What do you do with my personal information?
