How long will it take for me to get my order?
Speed of shipping depends on the option you select for shipping during checkout.
We try our best to get all orders out within 24 hours of the order being placed. Custom order items like name tapes and ID tags usually take 5-7 business days to ship.
We are constantly working to improve our inventory to allow us to ship same or next day.
Back-ordered items from our suppliers are out of our control. We will update you as soon as we are able to provide an estimate for delivery.
What if something doesn't fit right?
As soon as you receive your uniform items, try them on. If something doesn't fit correctly, we will do everything we can to get you the right sizes. Return shipping on exchanges is our expense.
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is highest priority. We want to get you the right gear and ensure you are "Mission-Ready". We accept exchanges and returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please notify us as quickly as possible if you need to make an exchange due to size or product defect, and we will send you a replacement at no cost to you, with a prepaid return shipping label.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on custom order items, like name tapes or ID tags, unless an error was made on our part. If the product matches the information you entered at the time of purchase, we will not accept the return and you will be charged for all shipping.
If we made an error, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
What if I need to return my order?
If you have decided that you would like a refund on your entire order, we will need to receive all items before processing the refund. The cost of all shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once all items being returned are received and inspected, we will initiate the refund through our credit card processing company. The time for for a refund to return to your bank is usually 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once we have submitted the refund.
What if I can't find an item that I need on your website?
We welcome all suggestions and recommendations for new products that we don't carry. If you are looking for something particular and we don't carry it, please let us know. We can either special order it for you, or refer you to a vendor that does carry it. In either case, we will review the product and may decide to add it to our product line.
What do you do with my personal information?
