Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the delivery date to request an exchange or return. The delivery date is determined by the tracking record from the carrier used to deliver your package. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of delivery. If you have any questions regarding returns, exchanges or refunds, please call the store directly at (832) 696-0606. Returns that are received without prior approval will be returned to sender.
Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is highest priority. We want to get you the right gear and ensure you are "Mission-Ready". Exchanges are offered on like-for-like items to ensure proper fit and utility or for warranty issues within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the new condition, as received, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability and no guarantees are made regarding the speed at which an exchange may be shipped. In most cases, the shipping for the first exchange costs you nothing (except in Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii). Additional returns or exchanges will incur shipping costs and you may be invoiced in advance to pay for all shipping fees.
Please notify us as quickly as possible if you need to make an exchange due to improperly sized apparel items or product defect.
Our exchange process has recently changed. All items being exchanged must be received and inspected at our store prior to shipping out new items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in new condition, as received, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging. No exchange items will be shipped until the original products are returned.
Due to the increased shipping costs, customers in Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii will be required to pay all exchange shipping fees.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on custom order items, like name tapes or ID tags, unless an error was made on our part. If the product matches the information you entered at the time of purchase, we will not accept the return and you will be charged for all shipping. Clearance items and many sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If we made an error, we will replace the item at no cost to you, and with no additional shipping costs.
Returns
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all items returned for refund and all shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, as received, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging. Refunds will be issued minus all shipping costs associated with the returned merchandise, including shipping fees for any exchanges prior to requesting the refund, in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery, determined by the tracking information associated with your purchase. Clearance or sale items may not be eligible for return or refund.
If your return is approved, SD Supply will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and may be shipped back to the purchaser at additional cost. Returns for refund at shipped at the customer's expense. In-store returns are accepted at no additional cost to the customer, but are subject to inspection. Items that were damaged after they left the store will not be accepted for refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items such as name tapes or ID tags). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will determine if the refund is approved or not. Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method; we cannot refund to other payment methods.
Credit or Debit Refunds: Refunds to a bank debit or credit card may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunded amount. The refunded amount will be calculated as the purchase price plus sales tax minus shipping costs and credit card processing fees.
Returned merchandise that is not accepted for return will be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued. You will be notified by our staff of the reason for the rejection prior to the return of your merchandise.
