Subdued rank patch on digital UCP (Universal Camouflage Pattern) fabric with hook backing. 2" by 2" Army rank patches on Velcro backing, worn on the Army Combat Uniform Coat or ECWCS Gen III Fleece Jacket. These patches are no longer compliant with AR 670-1 and are worn by some State Defense Forces that are still wearing the retired Army Combat Uniform in UCP.
